No more than 3 square feet of signage per unit - either one large sign or strip signs but not more than 3 feet total
It is the responsibility of the OWNER and the agency to insure compliance with the 3 square feet per unit rule. Give the agents written permission to place signs on your property
The police will enforce ordinance compliance, therefore a summons can be written
All real estate agencies that have signs on a non-compliant property will be fined. Fines will begin at $125.00 and move up to not more than $1,250 and/or imprisonment not to exceed 30 days
Signs shall be attached to the unit or parallel to and within 1 foot of the building and facing the street
Open lot signs must be placed in the middle of the lot parallel to the street
New construction sale signs may be attached to the temporary utility pole along with one construction company sign- each to be limited to 3 square feet
It is recommended that For Sale signs take precedence over rental signs
